Rihanna's Tulle-Filled Ensemble

Rihanna rocked this tulle-filled get up while out and about in London today.

 Rih busted out in a white tulle knee length puffy skirt, which looks like it could be a petticoat underneath a 50's style dress.  She paired it interestingly with a long blazer and a tied up tee, ankle socks, and tan square heeled pumps.  Looks like her own take on the 50's.
